A session in AEP’s NIS2 Webinar Series on the role of the management body under Portugal’s Cybersecurity Legal Framework. Technical execution can be handed to specialist roles, but some responsibilities stay with management: making informed decisions, securing resources, following implementation and being able to show effective oversight. The webinar clarifies what information should reach the board, which decisions need its involvement, how to follow residual risk and how to record the decisions taken.
