NIS2 RH — Human Resources as a Critical Factor in Cybersecurity

Course overview

Training for people who need to bring cybersecurity into Human Resources processes: from defining and assessing the role to selection, onboarding, training, role changes, succession, suspension and exit. The course follows a simple chain — HR activity, security action, execution, confirmation, verification and evidence — and clarifies the roles of HR, line managers, cybersecurity, IT, legal and the board. It follows Portugal’s Cybersecurity Legal Framework and Regulation 756/2026 (QNRCS 2.0) and includes the NIS2 Essential Toolkit — Human Resources, with seven editable artefacts.
